As Managing Director, Sebastian Quansah leads the operations of Fido Ghana, a pioneering financial technology company at the forefront of Ghana’s financial evolution. He also assumes the pivotal role of VP of Operations for Fido at the group level, leading the global operations of Fido’s parent company. Having previously served as Director of Customer Experience due to his experience and commitment to fostering exceptional customer experience.

Sebastian embarked on his journey with Fido from its inception in 2014. His foundational role was deeply influenced by his prior experience in the traditional microcredit landscape, from where his credit and operations expertise is rooted. Notably, excelling as a branch manager at multiple branches of Financial Republic Microfinance. Having also previously served as a Project Coordinator at African Aurora Business Network, an enterprise development organization focused on delivering training and business advisory services to entrepreneurs and SMEs.
