His steadfast passion centers on fostering economic growth by generating employment opportunities and wealth; inspiring others to reach their aspirations. Currently, Paul is the Group Chief Executive Officer and Acting Chairman of Clydestone.  

His influence extends further, shaping the growth of Clydestone from a Ghanaian company with humble beginnings to a multinational entity which has offices in Nigeria, Kenya, and the United Kingdom. Under his leadership, Clydestone has pioneered and continues to deliver numerous ground-breaking and innovative solutions, particularly in payments and authentication systems. As a Fintech leader, Paul is a financial innovation trailblazer.

He was a key member of the project team that spearheaded the introduction of Automated Cheque Clearing and Settlement in Ghana.  

He served as an Advisor to the Inter-Bank Committee for Clearing Automation at the Bank of Ghana where he had responsibility for overseeing the transition from manual to automated clearing and settlement.

He was also a member of the Steering Committee for the Cheque Automation Project and the Project Team Lead for Automation of the Cheque Clearing System for Credits at the Bank of Ghana. In 2007, Paul made a significant impact by acquiring Johnson Savings and Loans, a one-branch institution. Under his leadership, he expanded and rebranded it as Ezi Savings and Loans, ultimately divesting in 2014 with eleven branches to Ideal Financial Holdings.

His contributions also extended to the Ghana Stock Exchange, where he served as a Council member from 2006 to 2011. He served in various positions, including Member of the Listing Committee, Finance Committee, Chairman and Chairman of the Committee of Experts for GSE Automation.  

Paul holds a General Diploma from North Hertfordshire College, UK, and an Advanced Certificate in Business and Management Studies from West London College, UK. Paul’s varied expertise and commitment to innovation continue to make him a notable figure in the Fintech landscape.
