As the Founder and Managing Director of BigPay Ghana Ltd since January 2021, Isaac has been instrumental in shaping the company’s strategy, policies, and product development.  

Before embarking on his entrepreneurial venture, Isaac served as the Deputy Managing Director of Consolidated Bank Ghana Ltd from September 2018 to December 2019. During this time, he played a crucial role in crafting and implementing the business and digital strategy, overseeing various business units, and driving sales growth. His exceptional leadership skills were pivotal in the successful management and integration of seven banks in Ghana.

Here, he led the restructuring of the Business Banking Division, fostering collaboration and building a high-performing team. Additionally, as the Head of Business Banking at Barclays Bank of Ghana from January 2006 to December 2013, Isaac showcased his expertise in formulating a strong business strategy in the development of SME banking.

Managing a team of 93 sales and support staff, he played a key role in driving balance sheet growth, including trade finance business, and implementing effective risk management practices.
