Nancy Arhinfuwaa Imadi currently heads the Licensing and Product Approvals Unit of the FinTech and Innovation Office at the Bank of Ghana.
She’s a lawyer with vast experience within the Banking and FinTech sector building expertise in regulatory regimes, risk, corporate governance, and financial commercial transactions, and currently focusing on the Ghanaian financial ecosystem, developing policies and regulations that promote a sound digital payment ecosystem, compliance, consumer protection, innovation and financial inclusion.

Nancy holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration- Finance option from the University of Ghana Business School, a Qualifying Certificate in Law, from the Ghana School of Law, an LLB from the Faculty of Law, University of Ghana and a BA Hons. Sociology and Linguistics from the University of Ghana.
